The monkeys were told to build the bridge but no one said the squirrel to do it, he was doing the service of Lord Rama by his own desire and thinking. His carried stones and pebbles were small but his feeling that was attached is really great and praise worthy. His, this devotion kept him in the palm of Lord Rama and permanent stripes on his back.
